Nissan opens new hub down in Sucat, Parañaque
Nissan Philippines recently opened its newest dealership located in Sucat, Parañaque.
The newly-opened Nissan Sucat dealership lies on a 2,200-sqm. floor area, featuring a six-car display showroom, and 11 service bays, consisting of nine workshops and two diagnostic areas, while employing a staff of about 80 to 100 skilled individuals.
It is a full dealership with both vehicle sales and service operations.
The dealer facility has ample space for vehicle preparation, carwash and customer parking. Its second floor is equipped with conference and training rooms, and executive offices.
Under dealer principal, Synergyauto Ventures Group (SVC), it will continue to maintain a central team to oversee and align their efforts toward a unified direction like the company’s two other dealerships in Alabang and Cavite. SVC, an automotive group under the Nissan dealer network, began its operations in May 2023. While these dealerships offer similar products and services, even the same marketing promotions and campaigns, its focus on delivering exceptional customer experience is what distinguishes them from the rest.
With the opening, SVC president, Tey Sornet, gives recognition to the men and women who have made this endeavor possible.
“I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our families, friends, business partners, media allies, Nissan Philippines, and everyone who has been an integral part of our SVC journey,” he said.
“Your unwavering support and trust inspire us to continue pursuing our goals with confidence and dedication, enabling us to serve our customers with passion and excellence,” he added.
Acquisition and development of the property
The Nissan Sucat property was acquired in May 2023. The place used to be an old and abandoned structure, it had to undergo major demolition with the basic foundation of the building only being retained.
Moreover, the company had to wait for a year before they started the construction. This was when they were finally informed that the Nissan franchise in Parañaque had finally been awarded to the company. This happened in July 2024 and after several months, this newest dealership has finally opened.
Iconic motto in sales
SVC, under the management of Tey Sornet and the Tionson brothers, Paul and Mark, has been known for their exceptional service and customer care. However, few know that one of the distinguishing factors that drive their dealerships are the hardworking individuals behind their sales force.
In fact, one of the few mottos they live by is the quote from one of their dedicated employees, which is: “Sales is the highest paying hard work and it is also the lowest paying easy work”, pertaining to the amount of effort one should put into in order to deliver good results. And just like any endeavor, positive results are the backbone for anything in order to thrive.
Potential for the brand and its strategic area
In the past, the particular area in Parañaque was already part of the territories that SVC Group covers. The group is very much familiar with the market and its potential in the industry. With the opening of Nissan Sucat in its more strategic location, the group sees better opportunities for growth and expansion of the brand in Parañaque and in other nearby municipalities surrounding it.
At SVC, they make it a point that they are uniquely positioned to provide exceptional value and strategic capabilities to make their customers continue to trust Nissan.
Through this, it just shows how confident they are with Nissan. Despite ongoing conundrums, they continue to trust and support the brand, its innovative products and the quality services it provides.
