Omoda & Jaecoo ends 2025 as a banner year
Leading electric vehicle firm Omoda & Jaecoo ended 2025 with an impressive performance in the global market and expansion into 64 markets and bagging major awards worldwide.
Since its founding three years ago, it has cumulatively surpassed the 800,000-unit milestone, making it one of the fastest-growing brands among Chinese cars.
In Europe, it conquered professional circles securing honors in the United Kingdom market, with Jaecoo winning the Carwow “Brand of the Year 2026,” with Jaecoo 7 and Omoda 5 receiving prestigious accolades.
In Spain, its signature state-of-the art Super Hybrid System (SHS) bagged the Autobild Technology of the Year Award.
The auto firm carried its streak in the Southeast Asian market, as Jaecoo J5 EV and J7 SHS-P won Car of the Year and Best PHEV SUV, respectively in Thailand.
Moreover, the J7 and J8 models swept multiple awards Malaysia, while J8 SHS set a Guinness World Record with a real-world range test of 1,660 km in Indonesia.
Omoda C5 and Jaecoo 5 5 were rated “Most Recommended Vehicle of the Year” by Autocosmos Chile, while the J7 SHS won “Mid-size Hybrid of the Year” in Brazil.
