Mitsubishi Talisay, one of the latest Mitsubishi dealers in the area, is steadily growing to be the preferred Mitsubishi dealer for the Talisaynon motoring community.
After opening its doors last year, Mitsubishi Talisay, the dealership under general manager Jan Aaron Zabala has quickly captured the loyalties of its clientele, and for good reasons.
Zabala, a Mitsubishi veteran with seven years of experience with the brand, says that the trust they’ve gained from their customers is all because of the dealership’s best practices.

The Mitsubishi Talisay dealership occupies a total area of 6,000 sqms, hosting a seven-vehicle showroom and the largest Mitsubishi Service Center nationwide.

With Talisay City’s growing population and urbanization, “the Mirage, specifically the G4 Sedan, is the best-selling model due to its practicality that suits the Cebu market, together with the best-selling MPV, the Xpander,” Zabala noted.
Where Mitsubishi Talisay really excels in is service and maintenance. Their service centre – the largest nationwide – can receive three customers every 20 minutes for the Service Workshop, or four units per hour for Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS).
Zabala says that the efficiency of their service department takes 60 minutes per unit including car wash for the Mitsubishi Quick Service or MQS and one to two hours, including carwash for major PMS.”

Services offered include periodic maintenance, general repair job, warranty and body repair, and rust proofing comparable to the big dealerships in key cities.
A workshop is only as good as its staff, and Zabala said that they have two Master Technicians, three Level 2 Technicians to handle any job type.
Because the Mitsubishi Talisay service centre is exclusively for Mitsubishi vehicles, they have invested in Mitsubishi-specific MQS equipment, including a wheel aligner, tire changer, wheel balancer, and dust collector, ensuring that all vehicles Mitsubishi brought to the dealership is diagnosed and serviced properly right from the start.

They also have the biggest customer lounge, with free Wi-Fi and refreshments for customers while their units are being serviced.
Mitsubishi Talisay accepts insurance claims for in-house and non in-house insurance as well. A separate BRP facility guarantees that insurance workflow is uninterrupted and repaired vehicles are released as soon as possible, getting customers back on the road in the shortest time.
