Through a significant upgrade of its dealership, Isuzu Bacolod marks six decades of service, commitment and innovation to the Negrenses.

The now upgraded facility symbolizes the brand’s Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) design philosophy. The feat was spearheaded by Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), in partnership with Southern Auto Mart and Trading Corporation (SAMTC).

This milestone marks 60 years of service to the Bacolod community, a testament to the enduring trust in the brand.

Thumbs up for a business relationship that has survived six decades for Isuzu Philippines Corporation and Southern Auto Mart and Trading Corporation (SAMTC)

The grand opening capped off a week-long celebration that began with a vibrant mall tour at SM City Bacolod, paraded by the Isuzu D-Max pickup and mu-X SUV. These vehicles, known for their durability and dependability, have become trusted companions for families, entrepreneurs, and adventurers across Negros Occidental.

Then, as icing on the cake, the celebration was culminated by the grand inauguration of the dealership, where guests were welcomed into a transformed space that blends modern design with customer-centric functionality. The entire facility spans 3,000 square meters, offering ample room for upgraded amenities and services. The 374-square-meter-showroom now features a blend of space and a more modern design, which can now fit in three light commercial vehicles and one commercial vehicle.

Meantime, the new customer and sales lounge provides a more comfortable and engaging environment; while the relocated body repair shop streamlines workflow and reduces turnaround time for repairs, ensuring faster service delivery.

The refreshed service area, spanning 1,612 square meters, is now more vibrant and better ventilated for easier operations. It has service bays for 15 light commercial vehicles and one light to medium duty truck, catering to both fleet customers and individuals.

IPC president, Mikio Tsukui, then said as the dealership marks their 49th facility in their nationwide network: “We at IPC are honored to celebrate an incredible milestone with Isuzu Bacolod—60 years after it first opened its doors. Now aligned with IOS standards, Isuzu Bacolod is more equipped to meet the demands of this thriving city.”

“Together with our partner SAMTC, we aim to deliver unmatched sales and aftersales services through the upgraded showroom and customer lounge, as well as the bright and well-ventilated service area.”
