Super Experience Week showcases BYD’s best at BGC grounds
If you’re looking into trying out the country’s most popular new-energy vehicles, you’re in luck.
BYD Cars Philippines and its luxury division, DENZA Philippines, are holding their Super Experience Week this Oct. 8 to 11, 2026 at the BGC Amphitheater in Taguig City. Aside from displays of top-selling models like the Atto 2 DM-i, Atto 2 EV, Seal 5 DM-i, Sealion 6 DM-i and Seagull, visitors can get event-exclusive promos and test drives.
“The best way to understand electric mobility is to experience it and this week is where Filipinos can do exactly that,” said BYD Cars Philippines managing director Bob Palanca in a press statement.
The event will also feature the “Drive Electric, EV Safety Program.” This aims to educate buyers on the ownership experience of an EV, including debunking long-standing myths about electrified vehicles.
“As more Filipinos make the switch to electric, we want every owner and enthusiast to feel confident behind the wheel,” Palanca added. “Through the EV Safety Program and our hands-on showcases, we are bringing that knowledge directly to the community.”

The event also showcases the DENZA Z9 GT, which is slated to officially come to our shores by March 2027.
Although final Philippine specifications have not yet been announced, this battery-electric shooting brake is available in other markets with either a 102.3-kWh or a 122.5-kWh lithium-iron phosphate battery pack – claimed maximum CLTC range is 880 kilometers for the former and 1,036 kilometers for the latter.
Combined output is 496 horsepower and 500 Newton-meters of torque for the single-motor, rear-wheel-drive model. Meanwhile, the dual-motor, all-wheel-drive model gets a whopping 1,140 horsepower and 1,210 Newton-meters of torque.
Reservations are now being accepted for the Z9 GT. It is joined at the Super Experience Week by other DENZA models like the D9, B5 and B8.
Special shows
The event will also feature street exhibitions on 5th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City on Oct. 10 and 11.
These include displays of the YANGWANG ultra-luxury vehicles. Meanwhile, the DENZA B5 and B8 SUVs, along with the BYD Shark 6 DMO pick-up truck, will be featured in a dedicated street showcase.
“Super Experience Week gives us the opportunity to bring our customers and the public closer to the technologies and vehicles that are shaping the future of mobility,” said BYD and DENZA Philippines country head Adam Hu in a press statement.
