BI Spokesperson Dana Sandoval said made the appeal after lawmen arrested on May 21 Chinese national, identified as Xu Shiyan, in Cagayan de Oro City in possession of a fake birth certificate, driver’s license and voter’s identification card.

Sandoval said Xu was found to have been involved in the operations of Phil-Sanjia Steel Corp., where he was listed as an incorporator, with another Chinese national, Tony Yang, also known as Antonio Lim.
