Foreign Secretary Enrique Manalo is taking part for the first time in India’s flagship international conference on critical geopolitical and geoeconomic issues, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Monday.

In a statement, the DFA said Manalo would be in New Delhi from March 17 to March 19 for the 10th Raisina Dialogue, hosted annually by the Observer Research Foundation and India’s Ministry of External Affairs.

“It brings together prominent high-level officials, policymakers and strategic thought leaders,” the DFA said.

On the sidelines of the conference, Manalo is also set to hold bilateral meetings with other foreign ministers, engage in an interactive session with members of the business community, and visit the Philippine Embassy in New Delhi to observe its e-Visa operations.
