Avatar

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has signed two laws that will establish new regional trial courts (RTC) in Quezon province and Muntinlupa City.

The President signed Republic Act No. 12025, which establishes three more RTC branches in Muntinlupa City and provides funds for their establishment.

This adds new courts to the existing RTC Branches 203 to 207, 256, and 276.

The President also signed RA No. 12026, which establishes four new trial courts in Calauag town, Quezon province.

With the new courts, Calauag town will now have a total of five RTC branches.
