The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Thursday called on registered overseas voters to enroll in authorized government websites to allow them to cast their votes online for the May 12 polls.

The prevoting enrollment will be held from March 20 to May 7.

Voters casting their ballots via the internet may find the prevoting enrollment links on the websites of the Comelec and Department of Foreign Affairs, and the official social media accounts of the poll body and Philippine embassies and consulates general.

They will be asked to upload pictures of their national ID; other government-issued IDs; Philippine passport, whether current or expired; driver’s license; or seaman’s book.
