PH, Cambodia soldiers end three-week drills

The Philippine Army (PA) has wrapped up its three-week bilateral training exercises with the Royal Cambodian Army aimed at strengthening defense relations between the Philippines and Cambodia.

In a statement on Monday, PA spokesperson Col. Louie Dema-ala said the training took place at the Techno Sen Phnom Thom Mres Prov, the training center for the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces in Kampong Speu.

For three weeks, participants from the PA’s Special Forces Regiment (Airborne) and First Scout Ranger Regiment trained with their Cambodian counterparts on urban infantry operations and combat tracking.
