Saudi Arabia offers scholarships to 265 Filipinos

Applications for a full scholarship in Saudi Arabia are open and available for 265 Filipinos, the Riyadh embassy in Manila said on Wednesday. According to Saudi Ambassador Faisal Ebraheem Alghamdi, the “Study in Saudi” scholarship is available to all Filipinos currently staying in Saudi Arabia and other countries, including the Philippines.
It covers 25 Saudi universities and 10 courses, a four-year undergraduate course or a two-year graduate program.
Alghamdi said the fully funded scholarship for school year 2025 to 2026 will include a monthly stipend, accommodation, medical insurance and annual round-trip tickets.
It is open to all Filipinos, not just Muslims, with graduates eligible to apply for a job in Saudi Arabia.

The majors available under the scholarship are politics, law, education, business administration, economics, engineering and natural sciences, computer science, agriculture, Shariah and Arabic, and media.
