The state firm also said they see this as an opportunity to aid in elevating Camp John Hay’s status as an investment destination. The lot, considered as a prime property, is being considered to house a new restaurant called the Hay Diner, according to the BCDA.

Earlier in June, FDC also launched a new hotel inside Camp John Hay seeing it in a good position as a tourism and investment destination.
