Areas to look into for FISS program

Kudos to the government for coming up with a program known as FISS (families and individuals in street situations) which will handle the growing number of street dwellers.Based on my observations these areas that I pass going to work would fit the purpose of FISS:

a.) Balintawak Cloverleaf Interchange.

b.) Intersection of Bonifacio Avenue, Mayon St. and Del Monte Avenue.

c.) A woman sheltering beside the column of LRT 1 at Doroteo Jose Station.

d.) People sleeping/resting on both sidewalks of Recto Avenue.

I hope the agency might take a look at these areas mentioned.
