According to PAWS executive director Anna Cabrera: “It should be the City Veterinarian’s Office humanely catching the dog.” If a RABID dog is attacking and biting people in the neighborhood, how practical is Cabrera’s advice if the CVO does not arrive fast?Can people afford to wait the whole day?

Average 85 IQ Filipinos do not care about treating animals or even fellow Filipinos humanely.

There are a million dogs in the country, in the streets. They are treated well and live side by side with the Filipinos. They even snatch the food from children or food on the table. One incident of cruelty is not the picture of a million dog-loving Filipinos in the country.
