Mainland China person below 60 years old under retirement visa in the Philippines. There is a glaring mistake in that sentence and Senator Binay could see through it. Well, anybody could but she was the one who pointed out the emperor had no clothes at all. Insurgency need not be primarily a financed armed struggle, but economic, utility re electric power distribution and currently, maybe political. The last one has implications for certain people.
