Comments on “Making a case for seniors’ rights,” (Editorial, 11/26/23) via www.inquirer.net:

I’ve seen this happen many times, not only among seniors being refused discounts but also students. Worse, refusal is done in public, e.g. bus, food outlets. Maybe the government can mandate LGUs to help put up a mechanism so that people are not shamed in public.Banquo

Perhaps it would be for the SC’s benefit to post or suggest procedures or guidelines for reporting or filing a complaint against an establishment that fails to provide the benefits under the law. Ano ang gagawin nila if they were violated? What evidence do they need to keep and show? Where shall the complaint be filed and pursued?
