These PNP clowns deserve no less than the death penalty for this extremely heinous crime. Great reversal by the CA. Although justice has been served, the pain suffered by the Korean’s family will be hard to overcome. I pray that they find peace in their hearts.

South Korea has the best record of the rule of law by putting behind bars no less than three presidents for much less crimes committed by Duterte. South Korea is a very prosperous country. There is a direct connection between the rule of law and progressive economy. During the term of Duterte, Philippine laws were made of rubber bands! No wonder, we can’t escape poverty!

Studies show if the justice system of a country is broken, people are far more poor as we can see in our country and others. Hoodlums in robes, from the gods of Padre Faura, down to MTC judges are easily bought.
