When Co said, “No money went to me,” he may be referring only to the P100 billion insertion, not all the other projects in the 2025 budget, of which he is clearly a beneficiary.

The motive of Zaldy Co in concocting telltale stories involving President Marcos and Speaker Romualdez in the infamous flood control scandal is clearly just a desperate attempt to to divert the accusations away from himself.
