All health gurus and experts are saying that for longevity, EXERCISE is mandatory. YET, DOH, puzzlingly, against reason, has no campaign for people to exercise!

Most of those suffering from some form of illness cannot afford to see a doctor because even if there is a discount in fees/medicines, it is still a financial burden for many.
