To the Supreme Court, I believe you have to speak up on the issue of 2/3 votes of senators to impeach VP or anyone impeachable. With the issues on non-attendance to their respective duties as senators, I believe the law has to be modified because of the continuing injustice of senators expected to perform their duties or vote for important issues are absent for reasons that are of their own fault.
