How he secured the franchise is beyond anyone’s guess. And what did Meralco get for its P34 billion investments? Something very mysterious, with these untold mysteries.
No Lies
After securing the solar power franchise and a large power supply contract, what could be Leviste’s motive for noncompliance? Could it be an attempt to monopolize the solar power industry and later sell portions of the contract to other parties? Wouldn’t that be considered unethical business practice?
