Shared responsibility for getting scammed? Penalty and action: Telco/bank/digital cash provider: Reimburse the lost money Government: Penalize the telco, et al for allowing scams through People: Getting back their money by untying knots and knots of red tape Consequential action can only come from the government. Because they are responsible for protecting the citizenry from themselves whom innocently are scammed by technology beyond their control.

Olivia
