There is NO doubt AI will spell the end of the Philippine BPO industry—the train is in motion already—it is only a matter of time before BPO sector will lay off 85% of the staff—there are too many reports noting this already.

Because the AI they are using can’t make it. Not all AI models are made equal … but put very good quality (also expensive) AI there like Perplexity or GPT 4o and the experience will be completely different.
