B-ready? You will never be ready when one government agency says one thing and another government agency says the exact opposite and to make matters worse both agencies come under BIR. This is what happens when you employ half-baked lawyers to run everything. So much for the Bar exams you shout about rename them block head exams.

We’ve known all along the wide gap between policies or laws and implementation. They’re just slogans and propaganda for the benefit of politicians.
