Talk of the Town: Apportioning blame in ID fiasco
Comments on “Apportioning blame in ID fiasco,” (Editorial, 9/06/24) via https://opinion.inquirer.net:
We the Filipino people are acutely aware that government jobs don’t go to the best and brightest but given to, for want of a more accurate word, associates who by no means could be considered best or brightest. Which inevitably, consistently, and expensively ends up as a complete “f–k up” nationally and globally. Hilariously embarrassing but ultimately it’s what we do!

During the term of Duterte, the head of government was a termite and the whole government was a termite colony that infested the whole country. Now, as we all know, infested structures need rebuilding and that is exactly what is being done by the present administration. One thing that should not be overlooked is termite control and eradication.
