Talk of the Town: Bachelor of Arts without art?

Gatchalian’s suggestion to limit college to three years by eliminating general education subjects (already taken in SHS), may have a point, but it won’t solve the main problems. It is a deviation or diversion—the politicians’ expertise (among other bad practices). I agree with Ms. Tuazon on why general education subjects are necessary.
