Seeing the ICC case moving, as you mentioned, a procedural step, and the impeachment hearings for Sara Duterte are enough reasons to be hopeful … Duterte’s legal team will surely challenge this, but the hearings, both in ICC and in justice committee, are a good avenue for both parties to lay down documents and evidence. The hearings will allow the TRUTH to come out.
