Congress members will be rewarded with pork barrel and voting to impeach Sara; that Senate votes will be along loyalty lines, that perhaps BBM will spare two senators prison time to impeach Sara. The author claims the public has choices, both bad.

What about Sen. Bato dela Rosa? He seems to be included on the list of active senators.. Can he vote during the impeachment even if he is not physically present during the voting, or can he vote via Zoom?
