Overall, the solution to the country’s problems is competence based at the top. Down the line, in correcting each problem, it would be fact-based. But real life is much more complex that it requires more than facts for solutions. Prerequisite for nationwide success, as always, is good leadership.

Well even our politicians blame the concrete URBAN as partly the cause of flash flooding. As left little ground to absorb the heavy downpour and the raindrops flow directly to the Flood Drain that can only take aoo much . Hence the Idea of Rain Tax to raise $$$ to build more flood control infrastructures … and the city council is very serious after this July 18 2024 flash flood.

That reminds me of the opposition referring to voters as “bobotante.” Apparently, democracy works only if one’s favorite politicians win.
