To put “performance-based governance” into practice, President BBM should sign performance management contracts with his cabinet members that specify measurable outcomes expected from each, and clear quantitative and qualitative indicators for evaluating performance. Performance of each cabinet member should be evaluated semi-annually.

Malamya pa din, walang talim, dapat dyan may sindak kagaya ng utusin ang Kongreso na iprayoridad ang anti-dynaty supporting law, kahit tamaan pa ang mga kamag-anak. Gayun din ang FOI bill gawing batas upang ang mga susunod na leader ay masindak at hindi na magnakaw.
