Talk of the Town: Compensation for acts of injustice

The taxpayers will again shoulder and pay for the cost of the abuses of some government officials. If Duterte and Bato are the primary culprit in human rights violations which resulted in death to many, then sequester their assets and make them pay. Making the taxpayer pay for the sin of the murderer is like making the victim pay for his own demise.
