The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the indirect crime of Duterte against the Filipinos. While the rest of the world were making preparations for the sake of their citizens, Duterte then, nonchalantly and unperturbed just shrugged his shoulders, a show of unconcerned and said, “sampalin ko lang yang COVID na yan.” As a result, several deaths that could have been avoided, occured.
