Many oncologists believe that many forms of cancer if not diagnosed in early stages can be treated but cannot be cured. Such is the case of the Department of Health. The cancer of corruption has metastasized and is in the final stages. Pharmally was incurable . And many more other diseases that inflicted the DOH and PhilHealth.

P90 billion na ’yung na-release since 2020. P62 billion pa ’yung remaining balance. P20 billion budget ang na-disburse na for 2024, first quarter. So, sa second, third, fourth quarters, anong magaganap?
