Many oncologists believe that many forms of cancer if not diagnosed in early stages can be treated but cannot be cured. Such is the case of the Department of Health. The cancer of corruption has metastasized and is in the final stages. Pharmally was incurable . And many more other diseases that inflicted the DOH and PhilHealth.
