The whole of DENR is completely negligent all over the country with mining breaking so many regulations, illegal logging going on for years, and destruction of mountains for elite residences, many illegally built without any DENR enforcement.

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is as guilty or even more guilty than the Department of Public Works and Highways. They should be investigated as well.
