A Promotion Lost—and the System that failed due process

Having a train network is only one of our deficiencies in almost everything. Where do we really start, meaning how do we prioritize and who is supposed to do it when leaders are weak and corrupt? We can’t even create a leadership replacement system that would ensure consistent choice of excellent leaders like Singapore. Without this in place, every endeavor would be touch and go or even one step forward and two steps back!
