Which countries have what is globally recognized as the best approach to the drug problem? Maybe we could settle on a model and then replicate their best practices. Well, that’s the problem; there is none.

Whatever Duterte did in his drug war, only a Duterte can. With him out of power, killings under the present administration are just a hangover of impunity developed under Duterte’s rule. This should be stopped by the present PNP leadership. The present proven logic-based initiative to solve the drug problem is on the right track.

It’s a trap. It will be easier to verify the hitlist if they have been enrolled in the rehab.
