Like what Pope Francis said: The Vatican/Roman Catholic Church is “Eurocentric”. That was the reason that he made sure that other parts of the world/peripheries from Africa, Asia etc. would be well represented in the present group of cardinals. Eurocentric means bias towards European or of European heritage. Take it from the late pope, he knew better than anyone else.
