His toxic defiance is just a loud cover-up for systemic governance failure. By putting his ego over public health and openly violating Republic Act No. 9003, he proved that dynastic entitlement leaves a city buried in its own mess. The DILG investigation shouldn’t just be thorough—it needs to pull the plug on this absolute contempt for accountability.

Perhaps, the voters of Davao City will learn to take elections seriously. Right now, they get what they deserve for their blind loyalty to the Duterte miscreants.
