Please check whether the foundation design was based on the geotechnical report or if soil boring was performed.

Approved paper plan DOES NOT MEAN executing the paper plan exactly. It just means, they can go on with the building, cut corners here and there, use substandard materials, spend less on quality, perhaps even not doing a real soil test and many other things to SAVE MORE MONEY for the owner/ contractor. The government on its side does not bother to follow up and check if standards and execution are done accordingly. So, any owner/contractor can be a MURDEROUS CROOK.
