Talk of the Town: Immoral fund transfer

Comment on “Immoral fund transfer,” (Editorial, 7/17/24) via https://opinion.inquirer.net:

PhilHealth officials thought it was good for the agency to have excess funds and get brownie points from BBM. But they got the excess at the expense of the members. In short, I agree with Dr. Leachon that these officials lack management competence and obviously have no compunction for the suffering members. These officials should be fired asap.
