These reports are such a waste of time. Everyone knows education in this country is awful. It doesn’t improve. The politicians have shown, through their actions, that they do not want an educated populace.

Angara, the father is better than the son in principle and as an educator. That the son could tackle the gargantuan problem in Philippine education is not a sure thing given his track record. For sure, there are better options.
