Lift ban on incineration! Turn waste into energy. Japan and other countries are doing it for a long time na and they are clean and w/o pollution even if they use too much packaging and plastics on their products. They have very small landfills to maintain at 90% less than what we have. They use technology to make their life easier and have cleaner environment.
Uncommon Sense
Impose a higher tax on all plastic products – problem solved.
