The ICC has just ruled that it has jurisdiction over Duterte. Guilt will only be determined after a hearing where the accused will be afforded his right to due process. This hearing process would have been underway if not for the delaying tactics of Duterte’s counsel. Guilt manifests itself in various ways.

Whatchamacallit

What was shown in Inday’s impeachment, that they received money from drugs, had changed the narrative. The killings were meant to eliminate the competition, to monopolize the drug trade.
