Work double-time. Inspections of projects can be done every day nationwide. ICI should give itself a deadline for the first batch of cases to be filed and let’s hope they don’t linger in the courts or they would be dismissed for “inordinate delay.”

Those already implicated by DPWH engineers, like the congressmen and senators should be on the watchlist and [issued a] preventive suspension pending the investigation.
