the only way to stop this importation of high end luxury vehicles is to ban them altogether! … Any luxury cars that comes in at the port of entry will be confiscated and mere possession of such a high end cars shall be subject to criminal charges.

There is not a single Bugatti, Lamborghini or rolls Royce that is not smuggled. The crooks at Bu. Of Custom and dept. of Transportation have been doing it for years. If you see somebody driving those cars I am 100 per cent sure that they have fraudulent documents.
