With the current heightened investigative actions against corruption in the despicable flood control projects mess in the DPWH, I hope it becomes clear who were responsible for the budget cuts of the DepEd and the PhilHealth in the 2025 budget that was the very big source of additional funds for the anomalous flood control projects of the DPWH.
