Talk of the Town: Miseducation with miscoordination

Unfortunately, the first words from Angara do not indicate he knows the basic problems of our failed educational system. He said he will continue VP Sara’s policies which teachers groups described as “mission impossible” and if I may add, “obsession with ROTC.” Miscoordination is not the main problem although it aggravates them. Please read the Pisa 2018 report for the Philippines, it explains why Filipino students are bottom dwellers.
