As long as our planet orbits the sun and global temperature rises, the extremes will appear. It does not matter what months to open school, either hot summer or grave floods on the other.
Continuous upgrade and social education not to throw even the smallest garbage anywhere. It is inevitable to redesign and revalue. Every six months, a few years from now. As for the reclamation projects, whether they heed or not, it does not matter too. Not even a powerful medieval king could command the waves to stop, much less junior tsunamis from storm surges.
