Let’s give the man a chance. Who knows, maybe he can redeem the serious failures of the previous PNP chiefs.

The PNP Chief also need to check on the character, moral uprightness and lifestyle of his men, as well as conduct continuous trainings to promote integrity. In fact, this is where he should start.
