Talk of the Town: On turning 80

Comments on “On turning 80,” (Public Lives by Randy David, 2/8/26) via https://opinion.inquirer.net:

Best reading of the day not only for octogenarians but for all seniors. When I turned 80 two years ago, I messaged my children, the significance of it not only in my view but in the way they should look at it. That I enjoyed my life after 60, for 20 years without ailments, no hospitalization, doing what I want [to] do, without impositions. It’s like living in my 40s. That is what I wish for them to enjoy in their retirement!
